Couple Celebrates Love in the Wake of Loss at Magnolia Plantation Destination Wedding

Where do we begin? We received our first email from Georgia Mae + Tyler on May 19, 2017. Almost TWO years ago. We can still remember reading the sweet words they shared with us in that first email about having a story that was near + dear to their hearts.

Georgia Mae shared how she had always prayed that her future husband would get to meet her dad, the most special man in her life...but, sadly, Georgia’s father passed away before she + Tyler had ever met. She shared that it was difficult for her to come to terms with the fact that her dad was never going to get to meet the man she was going to marry + build a life with. And that her future husband would never get to meet her dad. Except, God works in the craziest ways + little did she know that He had plans for the two of them to meet, after all.

She found out that Tyler + her dad’s paths had actually crossed TWO months before her dad passed away, which was just months before they even began dating. It is so very evident that God had huge plans for their lives together — intertwining their stories + leading them to one another.

Amanda explained Danielle + Richard's 17 year relationship to us...their love for one another...their three little boys...+ the challenges they have been faced with in the past year since Richard's stage 4 colon cancer diagnosis in September 2016. She ended her message by asking us if we would be interested in traveling, on such short notice, all the way to Maine to film their wedding day in just a few, short weeks.

They Had The Most Pinterest Worthy Wedding In Pennsylvania

Their day was FILLED with sentimental details. They shared an emotional first look beneath the blowing willow trees. Their family + friends were all so warm + welcoming. And their entire wedding day was just the most joyful thing we've ever witnessed.

But the BEST part? The best part was the genuine love that their entire day was centered around. The way Chris looked at Stephanie turned us into a puddle. The way Stephanie's smile stretched across her face when Chris would embrace her literally made me cry tears of happiness. Their promises to one another were heartfelt, sincere, + left everyone sniffling + searching for tissues.
